Good reasons to write
- Corrections. A licence has changed, a platform was dropped, a screenshot is out of date. Include the page address and what you saw.
- Vendor fact checks. If you work for a vendor we cover and something is factually wrong, tell us and point to the source. We don’t accept payment for coverage or changes in wording.
- Walkthrough requests. A job on your own network that none of our pages covers yet.
- Privacy questions about anything described in our privacy policy.
What we can’t help with
We are not any software vendor, so we can’t handle licences, refunds or technical support for the products we review — the vendor’s own support team is the right place for those. We also won’t help with surveying networks you don’t own or have no written permission to assess.
